You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days, with registration via our contact form or in other text form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - also by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations.
The prerequisite for a return is the intactness of the product. The product must be in its original condition (with sealed foil) and must not have been used. Unpacked and used products are excluded from exchange.
In the case of unjustified returns, we charge a return fee of 10% of the value of the goods, but at least CHF 20.00 for shipping & handling.
All products that have been used once are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts.
- For the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications
- or are clearly tailored to personal needs
- or which are not suitable for return due to their condition
- or whose expiry date has been exceeded.
The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall be sufficient to comply with the revocation period. When applying the right of revocation, fill out the form provided for this purpose or contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are not able to return the received goods or services, or if you are only able to return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value.
You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for the use made of them if the use or the deterioration is due to a handling of the goods which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the mode of operation. By "examination of the characteristics and the function mode" one understands the testing and trying out of the respective commodity, as it is possible and usual for instance in the retail shop.
Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods, if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Fr., if in case of a higher price of the goods you have not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you.
Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
