This embroidery-only machine offers you everything you need to decorate or personalize clothing or accessories. Over 200 embroidery motifs are already integrated, which you can easily edit on the large, color touchscreen. Additional embroidery motifs can be uploaded and saved via USB stick. With the two BERNINA Toolbox embroidery software modules Lettering and Editing, you have even more creative options.

Quick & easy operation via touchscreen or multifunction buttons

The colorful, centrally positioned 5-inch touchscreen makes it easy to find the desired embroidery design, edit it and position it using drag & drop. The multifunction buttons allow you to adjust the size and position of your embroidery design even more precisely. The embroidery tutorial provides you with valuable tips on how to operate the machine and the embroidery module.

With the three embroidery hoops included, you always have the right hoop for every size of your embroidery motifs. You can embroider designs up to 260 x 160 mm in size without rehooping. The hoops are easy to open and close thanks to a quick-release fastener. And the automatic hoop recognition shows you the corresponding embroidery area on the touchscreen so that you can optimally adjust your embroidery design.

Creative variety of embroidery designs

Over 200 embroidery motifs and 7 embroidery alphabets are already integrated. The motifs can be edited using the touchscreen: rotate, mirror or combine them. Want more? Additional embroidery designs can be uploaded via USB stick, e.g. those that you have edited and combined with the BERNINA embroidery software. The b70 DECO is compatible with most embroidery design formats - no more tedious conversion in embroidery software.

Practical upper and lower thread monitoring

If the upper or lower thread bobbin is empty, the thread monitor ensures that the machine stops the embroidery process immediately. This allows you to continue embroidering seamlessly and directly at the corresponding point when the thread bobbin is full again.

Adjust the presser foot pressure and upper thread tension to the material

The correct thread tension is very important when embroidering. For some materials, such as light and thin fabrics, it is advisable to adjust the presser foot pressure and thread tension individually. Your bernette 70 DECO has these practical functions. For bulky projects, we recommend using the hopping embroidery foot, which is also included in the standard accessories.

Embroidery made easy

Thanks to the basting stitches, your fabric is even better secured to the stabilizer. You no longer have to cut the threads individually while embroidering - connecting stitches and threads before color changes are cut automatically.

Even more convenience

The semi-automatic needle threader makes threading a breeze - the presser foot automatically lowers to the correct position and the thread can be fixed in the side thread cutter for threading.
